OVERVIEW

These policies are set in place to protect the business, time and health of both The Hairless Hippie and the client. These policies are a standard practice across the professional beauty industry, and are in no way meant to be offensive or personal. DISCOUNTS

The Hairless Hippie loves a good deal as much as the next person! Discount policies are in place though, to protect The Hairless Hippie and allows us to keep doing what we love.


All new clients receive 50% off their first WAX service! If multiple services are booked in one appointment, discount will apply to most expensive service. Discount cannot be combined with any other offers. 


We are booking up fast, and want to accommodate everyone! Because of this, we recommend you prebook your next appointment in advance. This can be done at your current appointment before you leave. To show our appreciation for planning ahead, you will receive 10% off at the prebooked appointment. If that appointment needs to be rescheduled, discount will still apply. If the appointment is canceled, discount will be forfeited. Discount cannot be combined with any other offers.


Referrals are the best compliment! We love it when you recommend us to your friends. To say thank you, you'll receive $5 off a service for each referral you send our way. Referral client must book and keep appointment for discount to apply. Multiple referral discounts cannot be combined, and instead will accumulate as credit on your account. Discount cannot be combined with any other offers.


Because we live in the land of the free because of the brave, military and first responder discounts are available. Receive 15% off your service when you show qualifying ID. Applies to spouses. Discount cannot be combined with any other offers. 

RUNNING LATE

Because we are a speed waxing boutique, our appointment times are shorter to allow more clients to get in. It's not just a courtesy to arrive on time, but it allows us to service you and everyone accordingly. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please be advised we may not be able to complete all of the scheduled services, or we may have to reschedule you. If running late is habitual, you may be placed on a walk-in only basis. 

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Life happens and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so anytime online up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee to your card on file. 

NO-SHOWS

NO-SHOWING your appointment will result in a charge up to 100% of your service. After 3 consecutive NO-SHOWS, a non-refundable appointment deposit  will be required before an appointment may be booked. 

ILLNESS

Due to the up close & personal nature of the services offered, if you are feeling under the weather, or still getting over a sickness, you will be required to reschedule your appointment until you have a clean bill of health. In this event, the cancellation fee will be waived. 

CHILDREN/PETS

Due to sanitation rules and safety precautions, children and pets are not permitted at your appointment unless otherwise pre-approved by The Hairless Hippie. Exceptions include appointments for preteens, and service animals.
