These policies are set in place to protect the business, time, and health of both The Hairless Hippie and the client. Please reach out via email at info@thehairlesshippie.com with any questions or concerns regarding the following policies. 

Referrals and reviews are the best compliment! We love it when you recommend us to your friends. To say thank you, you'll receive $5 off a service for each review, as well as each referral you send our way that mentions you by name. Referral client must book and keep appointment for discount to apply. Multiple referral discounts cannot be combined, and instead will accumulate as credit on your account.

Because we are a speed waxing boutique, our appointment times are shorter to allow more clients to get in. It's not just a courtesy to arrive on time, but it allows us to service you and everyone accordingly. Facial waxing/tinting services have a 5 minute grace period, and body waxing and brow/lash lifting services have a 10 minute grace period. If you miss your grace period, please be advised we may not be able to complete all of the scheduled services, or we may have to reschedule you. In this event, any rescheduled or canceled services will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to you. If running late is habitual, you may be placed on a walk-in only basis. 

Life happens and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so anytime online up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to you. Same day cancellations will result in a 100% fee to your card on file or invoice -- this includes changes to your appointment when you arrive; ex. you are scheduled for a brow + brazilian but only want the brow, you will still be charged 100% for the brazilian.

NO-SHOWING your appointment will result in a 100% fee to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to you. After a NO-SHOW, a non-refundable appointment deposit will be required before an appointment may be booked. 

If you are charged a fee for NO-SHOWING or cancelling/rescheduling/modifying your appointment outside of the allotted times - either to your card on file or by invoice - that fee must be paid before any future appointments may be booked.

Due to the up close & personal nature of the services offered, if you are feeling under the weather, or still getting over a sickness, you will be required to reschedule your appointment until you have a clean bill of health. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee to your card on file. Same day cancellations will result in a 100% fee to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to you.

Due to sanitation rules and safety precautions, children and pets are not permitted at your appointment unless otherwise pre-approved by The Hairless Hippie. Exceptions include service animals, and appointments for preteens.
